  1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C. Para preparar el molde se enmantequilla bien el fondo y las paredes, espolvorear el azúcar mascabado cubriendo bien solo el fondo del molde, acomodar las rebanadas de piña por todo el fondo del molde, poner una cereza en cada centro de la rebanada y reservar.
  2. Cenir la harina y el polvo de hornear y reservar.
  3. Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que se forme una mezcla homogénea y más clara.
  4. Añadir los huevos uno a uno cuidando que se haya incorporado bien el primero antes de añadir el segundo.
  5. Agregar la vainilla y mezclar, posteriormente poner la harina con el polvo de hornear y la sal, mezclar a velocidad baja y solo hasta que se haya integrado todo muy bien y no haya grumos.
  6. Finalmente agregar le leche y el jugo de piña o almíbar e incorporar hasta que todo esté bien mezclado.
  7. Verter en el molde y alisar bien la superficie.
  8. Hornear a 180°C por 40-45 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que al introducir un palillo éste salga limpio.
  9. Dejar reposar 15 minutos, posteriormente poner una charola o plato grande extendido encima, dar vuelta en un solo movimiento y así quedará desmoldado.
