- En un recipiente espacioso poner la carne molida, mezclarla con el huevo, la sal, la pimienta, el tomillo y la mejorana, también agregar el jugo sazonador
- Hacer esferas con la carne y aplanarla de manera que quede algo extensa y muy delgada (se comprimirá al cocerse), para conseguirlo yo utilizo una aplanadora de tortillas
- En una sartén poner a freír el tocino, se puede agregar poquito aceite pero no exceder pues el tocino suelta mucha grasa. No permitir que el tocino pierda la apariencia rosada y esponjosa. Junto al tocino y con su mismo aceite poner a freír las rebanadas de piña de manera que adquieran un poco de color dorado. Retirar la piña y el tocino del fuego colocando en un recipiente. Este proceso yo lo hago de una por una o de dos en dos.
- Poner la carne ya redonda y aplanada a cocer en el sartén mismo, esperar a que esté cocida y colocarle encima el queso de manera que se derrita un poco.
- Montar la hamburguesa en el pan (untar mayonesa en una mitad y mostaza en otra), colocar la carne con el queso, luego la rebanada de piña y finalmente el tocino (a cada hamburguesa le debe tocar rebanada y media de tocino) y por último ponerle la catsup
- Servir acompañada de papas de tu preferencia y una ensalada fresca y a disfrutar ¡Aloha!
