- Una vez sofrito agregar la salsa de soya, el dashi, el agua y el alga wakame, dejar hervir. Luego añadir la pasta y dejar hervir durante otros 2 minutos a fuego lento.

- Para el kamaboko cortar el betabel en cubos pequeños, hervir y hacer un puré (también se puede usar colorante). Picar finamente el filete con ayuda de una licuadora y agregar la sal, dividir en dos partes, una parte mezclar con el puré de betabel o con colorante y la otra parte dejar sin colorante.



- Con ayuda de un tapete para sushi, poner una bolsa o papel film y encima poner la parte del puré de filete que no tiene colorante, después poner encima la parte que tiene colorante (para que al enrollar quede en espiral).



- Enrollar junto con el papel film y cocer al vapor.



- Dejar enfriar para poder cortar el kamaboko, servir la sopa y poner como toppings el kamaboko por encima de la sopa con fideos, cebollín finamente picado, el camarón, y la acelga.
