- Picar 1/4 de la cebolla en cubitos y los 3 tomates igual (le retiramos las semillas) y los metemos en un sartén a fuego medio hasta que queden bien cocinados.



- Ya bien cocinados pasar a una licuadora con 1 chile chipotle, sal al gusto, la pimienta y el orégano, licuar muy bien y reservar.


- Picar 3/4 de la cebolla en plumillas, y el otro chipotle picarlo muy fino y vamos agregando a un sartén a fuego medio con muy poquito aceite.


- Cuando la cebolla cambie de color, agregar la carne ya desmenuzada y el tetrapack de puré de tomate y mezclar muy bien.


- Una vez que mezclamos la carne con la cebolla dejamos cocinar durante 10 minutos y vamos a agregar lo de la licuadora.
- Mezclar bien durante 20 minutos más y listo, checar sal antes de servir.

- Yo las preparé con tostada untada de frijoles refritos, aguacate y crema.
