Es momento de poner la cazuela en la estufa, pongamos el aceite y sofreímos solo por un minuto el jitomate, después del minuto agregar las dos tazas de agua, también ponemos la carne con las calabacitas, estas últimas las agregué yo, no es necesario poner las calabaza, con la carne es suficiente, ahora también agregamos el consomé, el ajo molido y la pimienta negra, revolvemos bien, tapamos la cazuela y dejamos cocinar por 45 minutos.(no olvides mover de vez en cuando)
  4. Después de 45 minutos mi carne ya está suave y bien cocida, es momento de probar de sabor si hace falta agregar knorr o sal, a mi no me hizo falta agregar nada, pero quedó muy caldoso y retire la mitad del líquido y deje otros 5 minutos más para que se consumiera otro poco, apagué y mi carne a la mexicana quedo lista guapuras!!!
