  5. Fríe bien hasta que el jitomate cambie de color. Fríe el chorizo en un sartén, ya que haya soltado un poco de la grasa, quita el excedente y entonces añade el chorizo, mezcla bien.
  6. Una vez que el chorizo esté dorado, añade el chile chipotle (al gusto), mezcla muy bien.
  7. Ahora añade el pollo deshebrado, fríe todo por unos 2 minutos más.
  8. Añade el caldo de pollo o agua, sazona con consomé en polvo, el puré de tomate, mezcla todo muy bien y deja tapado por unos minutos. Rectifica el sazón y ¡listo! Tinga lista para servir.
