- 10 chiles guajillos
- 2 ajos grandes
- Chorizo o longaniza
- 4 papas
- C/n Aceite
- Bolillo de leña o pambazo
- al gusto Crema ácida
- al gusto Lechuga
- al gusto Queso panela
- 1 salsa verde bien picosa de tomate con cilantro y cebolla
Steps to make to make Pambazos
- Ponemos en una olla los chiles guajillos desvenados y sin semilla a fuego lento hasta que se ablanden
- Ponemos a cocer las papas por 20 minutos
- La longaniza o chorizo lo desbaratamos, y lo ponemos a freír en poco aceite
- Cuando estén las papas las pelamos y las cortamos en cubos no tan pequeños ni tan grandes y las agregamos a la longaniza y freímos por 10 minutos, agregamos poca sal
- La lechuga la cortamos a la mitad y comenzamos a rebanar y reservamos
- El queso panela lo vamos a desbaratar con un tenedor y reservamos también.
- Los chiles guajillos los ponemos en el vaso de la licuadora junto con los ajos y un poco de agua y licuamos hasta formar una consistencia como mole, no debe quedar aguado ni tan dura. Porque con eso bañaremos nuestros bolillos. Yo sazono mi molito con rico pollo para que tenga un sabor delicioso !
- Partimos nuestros bolillos totalmente a la mitad. Miéntras en una cacerola ponemos poco aceite a fuego medio.
- Bañamos nuestro bolillo por los dos lados, sin excedernos si no queda a aguado y lo ponemos en la cacerola.
- Hay que voltearlo varias veces para que no se queme, debe quedar un poco dorado pero no duró. El pan debe estar suave
- Lo ponemos en un plato añadimos la longaniza con papá, luego lechuga, crema, queso, salsita y LISTO !!!!!
