  3. Mientras preparamos el glasé, ponemos los 3 ingredientes en una sartén mezclamos bien y mantenemos a fuego medio hasta que se reduzca a la mitad.
  4. A los 25 minutos sacamos y abrimos el rollo a lo largo, ponemos la mitad del glaseado y regresemos al horno 5 minutos. Así abierto.
  5. Para servir ponemos el resto de la salsita y listo, rebanamos y acompañamos con verduras al gusto.
